All physical orders are packed with love and sent out twice a week - Mondays and Thursdays.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery within New Zealand (rural areas may take a little longer).

International shipping times vary depending on location and customs processes.

If you need your order urgently, please reach out before purchasing and I’ll do my best to make it happen!

All digital products are delivered instantly via email after purchase.

Because of the nature of digital items, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations can be offered once files have been downloaded.

Returns & Refunds (physical products)

I want you to love your order! If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please email me within 7 days of receiving your order at restorewithlaura@gmail.com with photos and details so I can make it right.

Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of my products, I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
